Deborah is a nursing leader with 25+ years of nursing experience. The last 10 years she has been practicing in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (Recovery Room) in addition to working in the Emergency Department. Previous experience includes travel nursing as well as various roles at a major health sciences centre in Toronto as staff nurse, member of the nursing practice council, Research Coordinator and Clinical Care Leader.
